On Campus
Now
Summer has arrived, and it’s the quiet season on campus. There are some summer school classes going on, and summer football has begun, getting ready for the upcoming season. We have reached out to the “zero year” class presidents (60, 70, etc.) to see if reunion help is needed. So far we have two planned. The class of ’80 is this August, and the class of ’60 is coming up in October. If you are planning one please let Dan Given know via email at dgiven@bchs.net and he will assist you.

Brethren Magazine
We’re in the process of publishing our next magazine scheduled for mailing at the end of August. Do you have an article to suggest? Send it along to Dan Given (email address below) and we will do our best to include it! If you haven’t been receiving one twice a year we may have an outdated address. If you have moved, married, ‘unmarried’ or otherwise made changes please email your information (including year of graduation and maiden name) to dgiven@bchs.net and we will make the changes! We especially love current email addresses and phone numbers! In the meantime, extra copies of the Spring magazine are available in the school office for those who are in the Huntington Beach area and want to stop by. (Formerly
Bylines)

Brethren Christian
Alumni Association (BCAA)
There’s an active
Alumni Association that would love your participation.
We meet to make plans and expand the role of alumni in the ongoing
ministry of the school. If you would
be interested in information on this please contact Dan Given at
dgiven@bchs.net and he will be glad to let
you know. It’s a way to continue to
invest in your school and help both past and current Warrior students.

Facebook!
Are you on Facebook
yet? This social networking site is
proving to be great for keeping in touch with each other.
It’s free, and we see six Brethren groups so far for those who enjoy
staying updated with Warrior friends and family.
There’s even a school group to join as well as the other school groups:
it’s the “Official BCHS Alumni Group”
and we currently have over 550 members.
Please consider joining us!

Reunions
The school enjoys assisting alumni in helping with
reunions.
Any class members who are planning a reunion may contact us for the most
current names and addresses. We’ve
found that many names and addresses need updating however, and always appreciate
reunion committees getting back to us with better lists!
See the spring magazine link for the latest reunion news.
The campus is also available as a location for your event.
