Upcoming Events Big Night O' Jazz - February 10th, 7 p.m. at BCHS Come and listen to some awesome Jazz music performed by Brethren's Junior High Jazz Band and our award winning 8 O'Clock Jazz Band. Concerto Concert - March 1at, 7 p.m. at Lakewood First Baptist Church This popular concert features beautiful music performed by our Junior High Wind Ensemble and High School Wind Symphony. It will also feature our special guest artist, David Stephens, saxophone soloist. BCHS Open House - April 26th, 6:30 p.m. Visiting Brethren's Open House is not only a great opportunity to meet teachers and staff, but an excellent time to hear our Junior High Wind Ensemble & Jazz Band and our High School 8 O'Clock Jazz Band and Wind Symphony perform. 8 O'Clock Jazz Performance - April 28th at Steamers Cafe in Fullerton Steamers Cafe provides a relaxing atmosphere to listen to great Jazz music performed by our award winning 8 O'Clock Jazz Band. (Performance date is tentative and the time TBA.) Pops Concert – May 18th, time & location TBA Jazz Concert in the Park – June 2nd, 6 – 8 p.m. at LeBard Park in Huntington Beach Listen to awesome Jazz music performed by the Brethren 8 O’Clock Jazz Band while enjoying a picnic dinner in a beautiful Huntington Beach park. Be sure to bring blankets, chairs, food, etc. Our goal is to become one in our pursuit of musical excellence to the glory of God. |
